This position willalso require assisting the Maintenance Tech with color changes andtooling changes on the blow molding machine, as well as minor machineadjustments while the machine is running. What will your job involve?Trims excess material from molded product Regrinds excess material andunsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machine Lifting 50 poundsthroughout the day Weighs finished pieces to determine accuracy ofmachine operation Makes adjustments to machine controls to correctAssembles product utilizing punch machinery to insert metal componentsto plastic part Hand feeds metal component to punch machinery Packsboxes of finished parts.
