$19-20 an hour to start with a raise after 4 months

Description:
Responsibilities
•Ensures that all data/information for a flawless material flow are available
•Coordinates material flow activity
•Supports BPD/Scorecard achievement
•Act as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, production, quality, logistics and suppliers to resolve issues and to provide support.
•Responsible for resolving overflow conditions
•Ensures correct inventories for production material
•Interfaces with supplier, LLP , and plant floor on material issues
•Monitors pull systems through periodic audits
•Responds to and resolves floor problems such as min/max conditions, standard pack discrepancies, packaging compliance, labeling issues, misuse and discrepancy reports
•Resolves supplier non-conformances
•Manages part buffers
•Participates in PFEP
•Issues SPPS for various issues and follows up on supplier responses
•Manages material flow on source changes
•Maintains all plant material records
•Investigates record errors
•Investigates part histories to identify misuse, specification problems, unaccounted scrap
•Maintains ISO standards
