System One is seeking a Material Control Coordinator in the Clearwater, FL area.

　　Job Duties:

　　+ + Assist with unloading incoming freight as directed; inspect for damage; compare items and quantities received against freight bills.

　　Receive, identify, store, and issue parts/assemblies using appropriate identification and storage methods.

　　Move or transport materials from inventory location or holding area to appropriate department, utilizing manual methods (carts, pallet jacks, pallets, forklifts etc.)

　　Work with department supervisors to review production schedules and related information determining proper material release sequence.

　　Interpret work orders, receiving reports, material requisitions, material shortage list, repair order lists and/or verbal instructions to identify proper movement of materials in a timely fashion, executing JIT order selection.

　　Issue material using established delivery dates to internal customers, according to master schedule, job order, and material availability.

　　Attention to detail concerning quantities picked, issued, and relieved to ensure accuracy.

　　Maintain and perform system transactions such as inventory counts, cycle counts, location reconciliation, part shortage reports, reporting findings to area Team Leader.

　　Label, pack, and load items for shipment according to specifications (back-up role).

　　Prepare shipping paperwork and arrange for carrier pick up as needed (back-up role).

　　Assist with maintaining records concerning items received and shipped.

　　Regularly and effectively communicate and interact with other team members.

　　Maintain equipment and work area in clean and orderly fashion.

　　Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience. Experience with computerized inventory management systems.

　　High School Diploma or equivalent.
