　　Are you a driven candidate with solid heavy equipment parts experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced heavy equipment technician candidate who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Kansas City, MO location.

　　Summary

　　Direct or coordinate material conformance activities that meet production requirements, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or other services to the business to improve accuracy, customer service, or safety. Evaluate existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet production requirements. Direct the movement, storage, or processing of non-conforming inventory.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　List the primary essential job duties and responsibilities.

　　Determine appropriate equipment and staffing levels to ensure material conformance to production requirements.

　　Assist and support activities related to strategic or tactical, material requirements planning, controlling inventory, warehousing, or receiving.

　　Select transportation to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution for materials responsible for.

　　Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.

　　Perform continuous improvement initiatives and activities that meet business goals and objectives.

　　Implement new or improved material conformance processes to improve efficiency or performance.

　　Develop procedures for coordination of material conformance management with other functional areas, such as supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.

　　Confer with supply chain to ensure availability of materials or products.

　　Analyze inventories to determine how to reduce waste or optimize production requirements.

　　Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.

　　Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed.

　　Collaborate to document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.

　　Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory.

　　Review or update supply chain practices that are impacted in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

　　Devises strategies to make production more efficient

　　Collaborates with teams to produce the most efficient manufacturing processes

　　Observes Compliance, Quality Process, and Safety within process development

　　Adhere to all company safety standards

　　Required Skills and Qualifications

　　Preferred Skills and Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, or related field required or equivalent experience.

　　At least ten years of related experience required.

　　Working Conditions

　　Ability to stand/sit for long periods.

　　Must also be able to bend, stoop, or crouch in uncomfortable positions to reach different parts

　　Physical Requirements

　　Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling 25/50/80 pounds regularly

　　The ability to respond quickly to sounds

　　The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces

　　The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations

　　Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl throughout an 8-12-hours per day

　　The ability to work in extreme weather

　　The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
