HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Responsible for the development of the master production schedule to meet both market needs as well as internal business results. Coordinates Production finite schedules for key businesses. Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure proper material, equipment, and personnel resources are identified and resolved.
Achievement of objectives must include an overriding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility. Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Responsible for the master production schedule (MPS)
Responsible for finite scheduling
Responsible for Consensus forecasting
Analyze factory loading to support Make or buy decisions.
Responsible for inventory strategies
Responsible for driving on time delivery service improvements.
Responsible for master data management for supply chain attributes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High School Diploma 5-7 years’ experience. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Effective Organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and writing
Oracle ERP experience
Preferred Skills:
Forecasting software experience
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.
Occasionally moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Constantly moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Occasionally adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.
Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Occasionally operating machinery and/or power tools.
Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Occasionally subjected to low temperatures and high temperatures
Occasional sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
