Job Description MasterProduction Scheduler Plans, schedules and monitors the movement ofmaterial through the production cycle. Determines material requirementsfrom engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficientmovement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.Develops specifications for new contract orders.) You will report to theMaster Production Scheduler Manager within the S&S MaterialesOrganization. It is requested to work onsite in Richland , WI. YourResponsibilities: Working with the Production & Inventory ControlManager to thoroughly understand and advise on managing short term/longterm capacities to minimize the cause for past due orders and / orovertime. Execute Rough cut capacity planning at the work center leveland across business units. Prepare manufacturing plan of orders to beexecuted in the month and quarter, in alignment with plant\'s capacity,manufacturing estimated hours and material availability. Monitor inputsutilized for capacity planning (efficiency, utilization, absenteeism) toensure accuracy. Coordination with S&OP team regarding load, capacityand revenue target alignment and monitor Frontlog to backlog conversionto ensure load alignment vs S&OP plan. Execute date management ofpull-in and push-out according to business requirements. Working withthe Buyer/ Planners to help balance and coordinate the manufacturingorders based on material/capacity availability. Active communicationregarding material availability updates, order dispatch execution andproduction output. Active communication with Customer Care and PMOOrganization regarding order priority management and execution. Workingwith plant Finance to understand the impact master scheduling has on theplant\'s financials.
