　　Job Description:

　　Engaging with customers via phone, email, social media and online chat

　　Assisting customers with banking related inquiries

　　Responsible for knowing and understanding call policies and procedures

　　Assist in performing customer account transactions

　　Candidates will be expected to aim for first contact resolution.

　　Must Have Experience:

　　1+ years of experience handling high volume inbound phone calls

　　Strong proficiency in computer based software systems

　　Strong written and verbal communications skills
