Description

We are searching for a talented and experienced MarTech Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and partner with System Solution Architects and Technical Leads. They will work closely with various teams to design systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms while owning the technical aspects of product features. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Hybrid 2 days onsite is required.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting feasibility studies for proposed solutions

Managing development, testing, and implementation phases of projects

Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Ensuring seamless integration of systems and applications

Implementing security measures in compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements

The MarTech Systems Analyst will primarily work on our Voice of the Customer program, migrating our survey platform for 2 business units. They will also support the Consumer Applications unit managing and supporting websites and digital assets.

Qualifications include:

BA/BS or masters degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience

6+ years in the IT landscape

Proven experience in Technical Project Management

Strong analytical and logical skills, with proficiency in Excel pivot tables and databases

Strong communication skills for clear presentation of complex technical information

Proficiency in Confluence and Jira

Advanced skills in producing technical documents

Desirable skills:

Experience in data visualization, data modeling, or BI tools

Familiarity with SQL system diagrams, Jira/Confluence, and data modeling

Understanding of technical and system integration across various platforms

Knowledge of VoC platforms, CRM systems, Personalization Engines, CDPs, Chatbots and Virtual Assistants, analytical and attribution tools, loyalty systems and zero-party data management
