At Mesa Labswe're passionate about protecting the vulnerable by enabling scientificbreakthroughs, ensuring product integrity, increasing patient and workersafety, and improving quality of life around the world.The Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation that supports our SDC businesshas responsibility for playing a key role in implementing marketing strategiesto support our Sterilization and Disinfection Control Division.Key Job Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategiesand plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns,including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to reachour target audience and optimize online presence.Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report onthe performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions forcontinuous improvement.Marketing Collateral: Oversee the production of marketing collateral,including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.Event Marketing: Execute marketing strategies for events, and tradeshows, ensuring brand consistency and maximum exposure.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapeto identify opportunities and challenges and provide strategicrecommendations.Qualifications/Education:Bachelor's Degree is required or an equivalent level of work experience inB2B demand generation strategies with life sciences or healthcare products.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience2+ years of experience as a Marketing/Demand Generation Specialist or in asimilar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics,HubSpot (or similar automation platforms) and social media managementplatformsExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Able to adapt communication effectively to accommodate different audiencesProven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced environmentSelf-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analyticalCompensation/Benefits:The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for thisposition. The package includes base salary, bonus,medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.Salary Range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
