The Opportunity:
HCHB is going through an exciting time of rapid market and product expansion, and to support that growth we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Project Manager.
You work with collaboratively across the marketing team and with "internal clients" to define project scope and requirements to ensure a seamless process workflow, managing the movement of projects from initiation to delivery, while prioritizing tasks, allocating resources and keeping an eye out for deadlines and budgets.
This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skill and communication acumen, an ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail, and a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements are met. Problem solving and creative thinking is a huge asset as this role often needs to find solutions to challenges to get work done and keep the marketing team moving!
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a closely related field and experience in project management. PMP certification preferable.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal clients to determine project scope and requirements, confirm resource availability for project(s) Manage projects through the defined marketing workflow, ensuring creative briefs and other documentation are completed and routed to appropriate team members, creating tracking codes and budget sheets for each project Coordinate with the Marketing Managers to identify the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing project or larger campaign, and then strategically delegate those tasks to the appropriate team members Support the marketing and sales teams by maintaining our brand asset library, ensuring all materials are updated on a regular basis Assist in documenting and maintaining training materials for the sales and marketing teams with all of the SOPs and processes used by the team Monitor and delegate requests that come to the marketing team via the marketing intake request form Maintain project timelines to ensure projects meet deadlines Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and reports in the Smartsheet platform, including the weekly team status report Manage vendor invoicing and payments with our accounting team to ensure timely payment of marketing vendor invoicesWhat You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a marketing setting Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and with the larger sales and marketing team to collaborate on projects and product updates as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude Experience using a cloud-based, collaborative work management system (Smartsheet, Workfront, Monday, etc.), as well as standard business operations tools including Microsoft Office 365About Us
