Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of marketing-related processes, with a specific focus on budget management and resource planning. You will collaborate closely with Marketing leadership and Finance (Procurement, Accounting, General Ledger) to streamline operations, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
This role will directly manage a team of 2-3 Marketing Operations Sr. Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:
Budget Management
Lead the cross-functional Marketing budget planning process in conjunction with Marketing Chief of Staff, Marketing Senior Leadership Team, and Finance department
Oversee and manage financials (actuals/budgets/forecasts) monthly, quarterly, and annually, for Marketing departmental teams
Manage Marketing purchase order process and maintain compliance with accounting procedures, in partnership with Finance
Develop and provide budgetary process recommendations, reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Develop and evolve budget management governance and controls
Manage ongoing budget training for key Marketing stakeholders and Marketing SLT
Resource Efficiency
Improve and develop resourcing processes, automations and best practices to streamline Marketing operating processes
Develop and maintain resourcing, prioritization and capacity planning practices within Marketing department
Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to identify resourcing opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of how Marketing operates
Contribute to the development and implementation of cross-functional resourcing processes that improve the overall operations of Marketing.
Support Marketing Operations program and project management best practices across all of Marketing
Job Requirements:
4 – 6 years of experience and demonstrated success with budget planning and management, finance, resource planning, and/or operations
Experience leading and managing direct reports and non-direct report stakeholders
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong business storytelling, presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated success with cross-functional stakeholder management
Experience working with marketing functions preferred
Program and project management experience preferred
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $74,100 - $82,251 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
