Description

　　Amazon India is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and motivated Investigation Specialist to join our ReCommerce team. Our mission is to achieve Zero Waste, Zero Defects, and Zero Cost, thereby benefiting people, planet and profit.

　　The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, and should be comfortable collaborating on multiple projects with the capability to influence external stakeholders. The candidate should be able to analyze data and gather actionable insights. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Analyse returns data on a weekly basis to derive actionable insights and identify process improvement opportunities.

　　Collaborate with key stakeholders through recurring review mechanisms, and ensure timely implementation of improvement initiatives

　　Conduct audits in collaboration with FCs to evaluate process gaps and identify improvement opportunities

　　Support categories/FCs with actionable insights to reduce returns and improve sellable yeild

　　A day in the life

　　Deep dive on specific issues / topics to come up with actionable insights

　　Drive meetings / discussions with FC, Category and other stakeholders to progress on initiatives

　　Share updates on email on initiatives, actions etc

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Speak, write, and read fluently in English

　　Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

　　Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

　　Experience in basic data analytics using MS excel (pivot tables, formulae etc)

　　Exposure to SQL will be good (not necessary)
