Description
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for informing and engaging key audiences and keeping them connected with Northern Rivers and affiliates, while guiding efforts and initiatives to position perception of the organization in the community as an established and knowledgeable resource for child welfare and client services. You will report to the Advancement Officer and work on-site .
Responsibilities:
Ensure marketing and advertising initiatives consistent with brand guidelines and templates.
Develop and edit content and respond to social media posts for several different media vehicles and messages in various formats while ensuring consistent agency voice and representation.
Direct, supervise and coordinates advocacy efforts, meetings, and business development related forums that promote the future viability of the business and sector at the government sector level and in the community.
Utilize multi-faceted digital platforms to promote the brand and vision of the agency including Google ads, LinkedIn, UTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc. and provide regular metrics of effectiveness of campaigns.
Coordinate earned media initiatives while consistently cultivates and engages members of the media to keep them connected. Be a primary contact for media, and coordinate messages to and from the media in multiple formats.
Manage, track and evaluate effectiveness of earned media coverage. Provide metrics and reporting on various campaigns and media.
Support and collaborate with program and department leaders to ensure that their messages are delivered efficiently and effectively through outreach and collaboration while promoting internal successes, advancements, and update.
Help manage all aspects of web and digital media development consistent with agency voice and representation, including owned media including organization and affiliate web pages, intranet, and social media initiatives (hosting agency sites and representing agencies on third-party blogs, pages, etc.).
Position the brand in the digital space while utilizing methods to target audience, build audience while bringing fresh ideas into the space.
Coordinate responses and notifications for crisis and emergencies, keeping key audiences informed.
Requirements and Education:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and at least five (5) to seven(7) years related experience.
