The Marketing Manager shall manage and evolve LRE Water's brand identity,build brand awareness and market position, and support implementation of thefirm's growth strategies and strategic vision. The person in this role willdevelop and implement systems and processes for marketing tasks, manage avariety of marketing initiatives and projects, give direction and guidanceto marketing staff on the execution of marketing efforts, and oversee thecohesive use and implementation of the LRE Water brand throughout the Company.This position reports to the Chief Business Development Officer. Travel RequirementsAlthough rare, some travel opportunities may be available to visit satelliteoffices across the United States.Total Compensation:The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 - $130,000/annually depending upon years of experience and education. Pay isnegotiable for a higher level of experience. LRE Water reserves the right topay more or less than the posted salary range depending on experience. LREWater also distributes bonuses and 401(k) contributions based on annualcompany profitability. Employer paid benefits increase total compensation byapproximately 20%.
