Internship Contract: 6 months
Marketing intern will play an integral role in providing valuable support to the team in a wide range of areas. While the following list is not exhaustive, it gives an overview of the responsibilities the intern can expect:
Assisting with the preparation and implementation of programs and participating in events such as congresses and meetings with close follow-up of necessary procedures, operational duties, and logistical details.
Responsible for localizing EMEA materials in accordance with local SOPs and regulations by translating the content, conducting design checks with creative agencies, and managing the approval processes.
Creating promotional materials and ensuring their timely upload into the Veeva Vault system, following all required approvals and procedures.
Effective communication and coordination with third party vendors, particularly creative agencies.
Supporting X-functional team meetings and contribute to brand-related agendas. This will involve coordinating and delivering meeting minutes, as well as following up on actions with relevant parties.
Conducting comprehensive research both internally and externally to generate valuable insights and provide support for ongoing and newly initiated projects.
Tasked with generating ad-hoc analysis and reports to provide valuable insights.
The marketing intern's role will be instrumental in supporting the team's goals and objectives, and they will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the field of Major Depressive Disorder/Neuroscience.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
3 year university student in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and related fields in a reputable university
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Competent in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organization and planning skills
Having excellent communication skills
Highest degree of ethical standards and conduct all business dealings in accordance with J&J Credo.
Able to work minimum 3 days per week with at least 40% of the time at the office
Being able to accommodate in Istanbul during the intenship period
