　　Your contribution at AIG

　　As a contributor at AIG you are the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of AIG’s business.

　　Handle daily inquiries from producers and clients- Work with CS and internal parties to approve routine policy referral cases.- Maintain contact and foster relationships with agents, key accounts and brokers.- Assist in system enhancement projects and product development projects for business growth- Research on market trends and competitiveness

　　Assist in marketing campaigns across sales channels.- Run reports for campaign results and ensure the applications come in effectively and efficiently- Work with Finance Team closely on outstanding premium tracking- Support and review product & risk information, gathering and compiling additional information to support underwriting analysis- Organize and conduct trainings, sales and marketing events and handle ad hoc projects

　　What we are looking for

　　• University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Administration is preferred• At least 2 years of experience in insurance industry• Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders• Organize with exceptional attention to detail• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese required• Proficiency in MS Office
