About Marketing Coordinator, LATAM

  Position Overview

  The Field Marketing Coordinator, LATAM will act as the primary driver to complete regional integrated marketing campaigns and product launches that support the various business goals identified for Industrial Scientific. This position will be responsible to create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services. This role will require being the expert on buyers, how they buy and transferring that knowledge to regional sales teams.

  The ideal candidate will be a confident, hard-working professional, with a positive attitude focusing on teamwork that thrives in a fast-paced, growing, and results-driven work environment.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with regional sales team to plan and complete marketing campaigns within budget

  Develop regional marketing plans that complement the broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches to drive sales performance and to build brand loyalty

  Research and develop point of view (POV) on regional market opportunities and trends of current and potential customers

  Collaborate and support regional sales and customer relationship management (CRM) teams

  Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales team

  Research, plan and provide regional event/association strategy

  Maintain comprehensive customer profiles and personas to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve sales goals

  Qualifications Required:

  Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field

  Five or more years of marketing experience

  Superior written and verbal communications skills, experience in developing and editing copy

  Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties

  Experience partnering with sales teams

  Strong attention to detail

  Willing to travel 30-40%

  Remote work and available for travel to Brazil and LATAM

  Fluent in English and Spanish

  Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil without restriction

  Qualifications Preferred:

  Working knowledge of industrial EHS market and global standards

  Prior work in Steel, Mining, Chemicals or Oil & Gas Refineries preferred
