Marketing & Communications Associate Manager
Position Overview:
The M+C Associate Manager helps drive the vision and strategy for the Office of the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. At the front line of all the exciting things going on across M+C, this key role will support a wide range of strategic initiatives led by the Office of the CMCO. The individual in this role will be responsible for adding operational rigor back into the Office, streamlining processes and reporting.

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work in a diverse team of innovative marketing and communications experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; digital marketing; recruitment marketing; pursuit and reputation marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
Support strategic initiatives.
Set up process and manage weekly activity reports.
Manage client engagement calendar and reporting.
Conduct analyses for global M+C events (budget, ROI, etc.).
Help manage requests and resourcing for the Transformation Agility Team.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and globally dispersed team members.
Strong written and oral English communications.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multi-faceted and fast-paced work environment.
Analytical capabilities
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office software and collaboration tools.
