Role Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support our communications and marketing initiatives by developing, delivering, and actively managing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data and analytics to measure and improve our communications efforts.
Develop and execute marketing/communications plans and initiatives, including social media content, blog posts, email communications, micro-videos, and other communications.
Use data and analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of our communications efforts, including impressions, followers, engagement rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communications channels.
Support the creation and updating of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the Marketing team.
Manage our social media presence, including creating and curating content and monitoring engagement
Required Qualifications:
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for various communications channels (e.g., social media, blogs, emails, micro videos).
Knowledge of communications and marketing principles and best practices, including experience with user segmentation and other data-driven marketing techniques.
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with software development and/or emerging technology (e.g., AI), or is willing to rapidly learn.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
