Position OverviewOur healthcare client is seeking a highly organized and proactiveMarketing Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. Theideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilemaintaining a professional demeanor. This role is crucial for ensuringsmooth day-to-day operations and enhancing team productivity.\Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize schedules using Microsoft Outlook.Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessarymaterials are prepared in advance.Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint.Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis as needed.Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.Assist team members with various administrative tasks as required,demonstrating strong follow-through on projects.Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts in aprofessional manner.Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)in a PC environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multipletasks and priorities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions proactively.Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as partof a team.Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is aplus.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medicaldata.
