Description

　　Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) is a service for self-publishing books to the Amazon Kindle store. The Marketing Assistant, Indie Publishing will be assisting to plan and execute a variety of projects to grow the KDP business in Japan. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is customer obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. They are comfortable working both independently as well as in close partnership with team members across the organization both locally and internationally. Candidates must be able to work with sensitive content, including culturally sensitive and adult content.

　　*This position is for a contractor with 1 year contract.

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Tokyo, 13, JPN

　　Basic Qualifications

　　· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

　　· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

　　· Knowledge of SQL and BI Tools or willingness to learn

　　· Strong oral and written communication skills.

　　· Fluent in Japanese and business-level English

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　· Experience managing agencies to deliver marketing programs at scale

　　·Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

　　· Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers
