We are seeking a Marketing and Design Specialist to join our Marketing team.  While candidates can be based in any state where we have a presence, we prefer individuals in the greater Columbus, Ohio, or Jacksonville, Florida, area.  This role primarily offers the flexibility of remote work. 

　　As a pivotal member of our innovative marketing team, the Marketing Specialist for Digital Design and Events Support holds a multifaceted role. This individual will spearhead the creation and distribution of captivating marketing resources, while also providing crucial support for events through compelling design assets. With a primary focus on email marketing, the Specialist will craft visually stunning, on-brand emails using our platform (Pardot) and optimize campaigns to foster customer engagement. Additionally, this role involves collaborating closely with the events team to ensure seamless logistics, enhance participant experiences, and utilize digital platforms for increased event participation. The Specialist will also take charge of maintaining our company website, developing engaging landing pages, and implementing SEO strategies in collaboration with the Sr. Creative & Digital Communications Manager. Furthermore, responsibilities extend to the creation of visually appealing digital content, ensuring consistency across various channels, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possessing a blend of marketing expertise, design proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

　　This position has an annual compensation range of approximately $55,000 to $60,000.
