Vision Transportation, Inc. is a family owned company providing transportation to students in the ISD 727 (Big Lake) and ISD 728 (Elk River-Rogers-Zimmerman) school districts. Our mission is to support our school districts education process by providing reliable, caring and safe transportation to students in these communities. We strive to make our student s transportation to and from school an enhancement of their total learning experience. We offer Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Coverage, and 401k accounts. Primary Responsibilities: Develop strategies and tactics to boost Vision s reputation in the community and drive qualified traffic to our website and social media Create effective marketing campaigns from idea to execution to increase charter and business growth opportunities Maintain and update Vision s website to market our brand Review and respond daily to all Vision s social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube [Studio], etc.) Generate positive online reviews from communities we serve Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Oversee content and digital design for recruiting and retention efforts Assist management is organizing successful events for our community and staff Oversee the daily duties of the media technology specialist and recruiting department Lead, review and respond daily to all open staff postings for Vision Ensure required documentation is received by applicants Gather essential new hire paperwork Schedule pre-employment drug screen and dot physical as needed Issue key cards and act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships and driver growth within the industry Track all applicants for each position Vision hires and use efficient marketing to stay fully staffed Attend job fairs and community events to source applicants with recruiters as needed Monitor the budget with applicable departments and make recommendations on allocation of funds Promote company internally with all interactions Promote company externally with all the communities we serve
