Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) is a team within Disney Experiences that is passionate about influencing decision making with coordinated, and actionable insights!
What You Will Do
Within CIMA, our Marketing Analytics & Insights (MAI) team provides objective assessments of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Marketing to encourage strategy, understand our performance, optimize our investment, and improve our overall business impact. Our intern will support our team in achieving our goals!
Analyze the efficiency of our marketing programs, providing insights to improve results.
Partner with collaborators to compile, analyze, and validate our processes and data.
Build digestible, actionable presentations from data insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to ask questions to gain understanding, partner with others, and deal with differing points of view.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Education
Currently enrolled as a Senior or higher, or have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning a degree majoring in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Finance or related quantitative field.Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 through January 2025.
Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
