Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe market manager is responsible for the business, financial, andoperational oversight and execution of residential (and commercial whenrequired) installation of stone veneer and masonry projects for given marketterritory. This role oversees a team of project managers to deliver on thequality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects in theresidential space, as well as repair and remodel where applicable.This is a hybrid role with time split between job sites and the Denver, COoffice.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOwn operational oversight of all residential stone installation andmasonrywork within assigned market area including new residentialconstruction andrepair/remodelLeads a team of project managers and senior project managers toexecute onnew, residential stone and masonry installation jobsAccountable to deliver on financial goals for the market including strategicobjectives and projects, aswell as drive safety and compliance within themarket whileaccomplishing operational KPIs and metricsResponsible for setting market directives in support of overallregional goalsand strategyUphold a strong customer focus with the project management teamsanddemonstrate cross-functional leadership with sales,logistics,and supportoperationsDemonstrate our core values and success behaviors in theirapproach to work andleadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management orsimilar, or equivalent experience3-5years of experience in operations leadershipExperience managing teams 1-2 layers deepAbility to travel as requiredSolid financial acumen and budget management experienceExperience in the new construction/remodel industry preferredConstruction Project management experience a plusStrong Communication skillsAbility to motivate a team to reach KPI and financial goalsTeam LeadershipSolid computer skills including MS Office and the ability to learn new onesAbility to pick up new computer systems andsoftware programsquicklyData analysis and reportingAbility to lead change and create solid cultureAdditional InformationThis is a hybrid role with time split between job sites and the Denver, COoffice.Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to thecommunities where we live, work and play.
