WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AMARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Focus on new construction communitieswithin your designated sales territory Develop relationships withhomebuilders, homeowner associations and housing community groups withinan assigned territory Acquire new customers through relationshipbuilding, community events, lead generation, prospecting anddoor-to-door interactions Sell Spectrum\'s superior products at anexceptional value to customers Be rewarded for achieving sales goals inInternet, mobile, phone and video sales Connect with your team byparticipating in sales meetings and training While working inresidential sales, expect to work rain or shine, days and nights, and toknock on many doors before closing a sale. It\'s hard work, but withyour relationship-building skills and professional resilience, you canexcel (and do well financially) in this sales position.
