Summary This position is established to perform a wide variety of activities needed to operate, maintain, and repair a range of boats and vessels and provide upkeeping and support of the waterfront environment. Responsibilities As a Marine Machinery Mechanic (Boats and Vessels), you will be: Responsible for operating inboard and outboard boats up to 50 ft. in length. Responsible for working on marine gasoline and diesel engines to include the installing, repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting and testing of marine engines. Responsible for working on marine electronics to include installing, repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting and testing of marine electronics. Responsible for computer research and procurement of equipment and parts. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, experienced professional who has experience operating, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of boats and vessels providing upkeep and support.
