  Reference #: 23003882DescriptionGrade: T26The link below will give you information about the University's "T" salary structure..A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.Summary:The Associate Director, Website Management is responsible for managing Temple's University's  and  Web properties.As a member of the Advancement Communications team, the Associate Director oversees website functionality and usability, evaluates website performance, maintains and updates Web content and plans for future enhancements.Working directly in the Anthology (formerly iModules) Encompass online platform, the Associate Director is responsible for building all campaign microsites, branded landing pages, multi-activity event registration forms and custom giving pages to support the digital needs of Temple University's Department of Institutional Advancement (IA).The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in successfully managing large, complex site builds and digital projects. Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are a must, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, communicate effectively, and follow department-wide standard operating procedures. Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience including web CMS technologies, Adobe Photoshop and HTMP, database management systems, data analytics, and SEO. Experience with database integration techniques, such as web services, for use with web and mobile content delivery. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Preferred:Experience in the higher education sector is a plus.Experience with the Encompass platform is a plus.Required Skills & Abilities:Strong project management skills.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Fast learner.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must be able to build strong working relationships across IA and with website vendor).Able to work individually and in a collaborative team environment.Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and passion for work.Knowledge of the latest Web and accessibility standards and best practices.Eye for design and usability.This position requires a background check.This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.Temple University is committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all in every aspect of its operations, including employment, service, and educational programs.
