　　The Manufacturing Technician III is an experienced technician in the manufacturing of medical devices, subassemblies, and spare parts. Candidates will possess a high level of attention to detail and experience with various methods of electromechanical assembly. Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for following all relevant departmental SOPs and working with cross-functional teams to manage their product lines. Experience working within a medical device manufacturing environment, previous experience within a cGMP facility preferred.

　　Responsibilities

　　Monitor daily quality and productivityKeep the assembly production line moving at all timesSetup, debug, and operate mechanical and/or electrical test equipmentTeach and assist in proper troubleshooting to maximize workflowPerform sorting, reworking and testing per instructions provided by engineeringDiagnose observed nonconformities on medical devices and componentsInspection of finished medical devices and in-process materialsAbility to maintain an accurate inventory at workstationAbility to trouble shoot problems, escalate to management when requiredReview and Completion of all required documentation per order (e.g., SOPs and MBRs).

　　Job RequirementsGED/High School diploma required.3+ years' experience in a medical device manufacturing environment or related industryAssociate degree in a relevant technical field may be considered as acceptable substitute for 2 years of experience.Internal applicants: Will consider 3+ years Fresenius Kabi medical device technician experience.Sound skill set and demonstrated cGMP experience.Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs)Ability to distinguish and identify colorsStrong computer skillsWillingness to work overtime, especially during emergency situations
