　　Shift: 7:30am-4pm, M-F (flexible start time)

　　Location : O’Fallon, MO 63366

　　Position Type: Direct Hire

　　What’s a typical day? You’ll be:

　　Planning jobs of varying degrees of complexity across 1 or more manufacturing divisions (aerospace, commercial, and/or machining) that meet or exceed customer requirements

　　Developing a manufacturing approach, including manufacturing aids (jigs, fixtures, templates, tooling, etc.) by working with internal and external team members to produce a finished product

　　Coordinating and developing material needs of a job (selection of material types, sources, processing, budgets, etc.)

　　Developing required shop documentation, technical drawing, job instructions, and quality documentation needed for the job by working with other employees

　　Conducting briefings to keep everyone informed of progress and answer any questions

　　Assisting QA personnel with final compliance reviews as requested

　　Performing an analysis of suitability of finished product to assess effectiveness of plans

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

　　HS Diploma or GED

　　1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferably in the metal fabrication industry)

　　1+ years of project planner experience

　　Strong attention to deadlines and budgets

　　Basic knowledge of math, computers, blueprints, and inspection tools

　　Proficiency in hand drawing/drafting and CAD software systems

　　Ability to effectively plan and organize workload to accomplish goals

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to initiate projects, follow through, and meet deadlines

　　Ability to converse and understand metal fabrication and machining business terminology

　　Ability to present yourself in a professional manner
