Shift Options: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM, $18 per hour 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1 AM, $19.80 per hour Bring your assembly experience to Pro Staff, and we will provide onsite mentors to ensure your success. Other requirements include welding experience, fine wire assembly, lamination, potting chemicals, and digital literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel). We need a reliable individual, ready to work, and who shows a willingness to learn new things. Daily assigned tasks include accurately assembling small parts using very fine wires, tweezers, and other small tools, building high-quality products for customers, welding, soldering, and working with small parts, occasionally using a microscope and chemicals, efficiently documenting material information, and quickly identify quality issues and resolve in a timely manner.
