Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer near Nashville, TN to support a launch. This role will be working primarily on night shift. The role would be a part of a team responsible for the flawless execution/launch of new programs from equipment installation through SORP. The role is responsible for the creation and documentation of plans to engineering team and initiation of new processes and tools.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Equipment Runoff

　　Collaboration with the Operations Launch Team on Program Deliverables:

　　PFMEAs Review / Simulation Review / Control Plans / Launch Deliverables / Error Proofing / NOK Plans

　　Plant Equipment Install / Debug / Launch / Continuous Improvement.

　　Project management for Project Execution.

　　Develop and lead the PPAP review meetings in area of responsibility utilizing the PPAP checklist, capturing exceptions.

　　Lead the lessons learned gathering activity and feedback the information to the central process team for BOE/BOP updates.

　　Closure of all ME open issues for Launch Deliverables.

　　Ownership of the solution from problem discovery through solution validation

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

　　Manufacturing Project Management/Execution preferred

　　Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects with a high level of autonomy and accountability for results.

　　Experience in troubleshooting equipment

　　Root cause identification and technical problem solving
