　　Description:

　　The main focus of the Manufacturing / Process Engineer will be reviewing requirements and specs of customer orders then figuring out the process of how to manufacture each product.

　　Developing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing process' from inception through start-up.

　　Provide process documentation and operating instructions.

　　Monitor compliance to applicable standards and specifications.

　　Interact daily with customers and vendors to interpret their needs and requirements.

　　Review Regulatory & Statutory requirements and flow them down using Job Traveler.

　　Work close with Manufacturing and Quality Departments.

　　Research and work with outside vendors (heat treat, plating, etc.) for customer orders.

　　Perform risk assessment on incoming customer orders

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Four Year Engineering Degree

　　1-2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment (co-ops included)

　　Ability to communicate with customers / vendors

　　Ability to read blueprints

　　Mechanical Aptitude
