We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Components Business Segment in Maxton, NC.
Provides manufacturing leadership for small or medium size plant, shift, or department. Manages multiple shifts of an assembly line, fabrication, or machining operation.
Provides manufacturing leadership and improvement focus on operations driving results, creating, and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Communicates with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff.
Leads annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for manufacturing operations.
Manages, coaches, and develops staff; works with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, social sciences with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing environment required.
Proven leadership in an industrial environment.
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required, with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in an ISO and/or Six Sigma environment is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
