　　Responsibilities will include...

　　Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the machining and fabricating departments, with a focus on CNC lathes and mills.

　　Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in production processes.

　　Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and maintaining robust health and safety protocols.

　　Establish and enforce quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations.

　　Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.

　　Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce overall production costs.

　　Identify and lead initiatives for process improvements, efficiency gains, and waste reduction.

　　Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

　　Utilize and navigate ERP or MRP systems to streamline production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role within the machining industry.

　　Strong background in CNC lathe and mill operations.

　　Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

　　In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

　　Demonstrated expertise in quality control, delivery planning, and scheduling.

　　Cost management skills with a focus on optimizing resources.

　　Proficiency in process improvement and implementing efficiency measures.

　　Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve production goals.

　　Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems.
