　　Due to growth, PMX Industries the leading supplier of high-quality copper and precision metal alloys in North America, is searching for individuals to join the team and train as Machine Operators on a rotating night shift in Cedar Rapids, IA.

　　Excellent Compensation – Starting pay is $20.97 to $21.97 per hour, with automatic increases at 4 months, 1 year, and the ability to earn up to $31.41 in just 30 months.

　　Schedule – Enjoy a rotating night shift of 7pm to 7am, with 3 days on, and 3 days off! You will only work ½ the year unless you work overtime!!!

　　If you have experience with any of the following: construction, warehouse, or general labor, then this is an opportunity you do not want to miss! Previous experience in manufacturing or in a foundry with background in casting or machine operating is a plus!

　　Essential Duties:

　　Pay strong attention to detail and committed to promoting and maintaining workplace safety.

　　Have the ability to understand and apply basic operating principles and techniques to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

　　Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Frequently required to read.

　　Have good mechanical and general aptitude, the ability to learn quickly, and operate heavy industrial equipment.

　　Perform minor maintenance on equipment if needed.

　　Forklift experience is helpful.

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Trade school experience and/or a minimum of 1 year heavy industrial machine operation experience is recommended.

　　Must be a team player.
