　　卡特彼勒（天津）有限公司是美国卡特彼勒公司在中国的全资子公司，主要生产CAT 3500大型发动机和发电机组。

　　公司结合产品布局战略，持续引进不同类型的新产品。制造工艺工程师需要设计工艺流程及设备工装等，确保新产品顺利试制和量产。

　　生产中出现的工艺、工装、质量及安全等问题，制造工艺工程师需要协调相关人员，主导分析过程，找到根本原因，提供解决方案。

　　寻找现场和流程上的改进机会，运用智能制造等先进技术实现工艺过程的可持续改进。

　　职位描述：

　　根据产品图纸（2D或3D等）和技术标准制定工艺流程，编制标准作业指导。

　　根据工艺流程，建立和维护物料清单。

　　负责落实并执行部门已设定的技术要求和规范。

　　负责对工程变更进行分析，确定流程变更，启动并实施所有变更。

　　负责解决生产现场存在的工艺和技术问题。

　　负责生产工艺及流程的优化，降低安全风险，持续提高产品质量，提高生产效率以及降低生产成本。

　　负责员工生产工艺培训及技能鉴定考核。

　　技能和经验要求：

　　1． 内燃机、机械、机电、工业工程及相关专业

　　2． 硕士研究生学历和学位

　　3． 熟练使用计算机办公软件，熟练操作3D 绘图软件 (如UG, Pro-E)

　　4． 具有良好的沟通协调以及分析处理问题的能力

　　5． 具有良好的团队精神和团队协作能力

　　6． 良好的英语听说读写能力

　　7． 工作认真负责，严谨细致
