　　We are looking for a talented summer/fall co-op to join our Mechanical Systems Windsor Locks (WLOX) to help handle the daily operations of the Air Management Systems business. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers providing technical support for our forward deployed Assembly and Test Engineers. Thinking outside the box, generating new ideas, and being an effective team player is essential for success in this role. The individual will learn the daily operations of a world class Assembly & Test site. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday

　　may be eligible for relocation.

　　This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June to December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce manufacturing costs and improve manufacturing yield

　　Assist Engineers in maintaining assembly equipment and current manufacturing processes

　　Assist Engineers in Tool Design and implementation

　　Updating standard operating documentation

　　Work with the operations team to solve daily manufacturing issues

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
