Description:

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Working knowledge of shop math used for setup/programming (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry) -Experience in programming and setup of Citizen and Tsugami swiss style machines with Espirit Software -Reading and understanding Blueprints and set-up sheets -Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion -Perform de-burring, inspection, cleaning, etc. during machine cycle time to maximize machine usage -Complete special projects assigned -Understand print requirements, including awareness of GD&T Shift/Hours: -1st shift flexible hours can start from 6am-8am as long as they put in 8.5-9hours a day -They also work some Saturdays for 4 hours per day. MUST: -5+ years of experience of experience working within a CNC/machining based environment -2+ years of experience programming Swiss CNC machines - They have nine total machines; Citizen, STAR, and Tsugami - They are willing to train on programming software -Ability to read and interpret BluePrints and GD&T Symbols -Ability to read and follow set-up sheets - They typically do one set-up every other day -Their machines run for weeks, so not a lot of changeovers involved -Ability to create complex offline programs for Swiss machines -Understanding of tool paths and programs PLUS: -Bi-lingual within Spanish
