　　Work closely with the existing Manufacturing Engineers to improve and modify facility processes. The Co-op will experience practical, first hand experience by working through engineering projects and improving production inefficiencies. Duration of Co-Op Assignment expected to be from May or September 2024 to December 2024.

　　Plant process improvements · Tool and/or fixture drawings · Provide solutions to shop floor problems · Key member of engineering team on larger scale projects Projects: · Develop solutions to eliminate safety concerns · Develop tooling & solutions for automation projects · Expand and support part marking technology · Identify assembly cycle time reductions · Lead or assist implementation of plant projects.

　　Pursuing an Engineering Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · Autodesk Inventor or other 3D Solid Modeling software · Well organized · Microsoft Office · Able to work well within a team environment · Able to work on multiple priorities or projects Outcomes / Results: By the end of the term, the Co-op should understand and implement productivity and cost saving improvements in a manufacturing facility, while personally improving CAD skills, teamwork, and communication.
