　　Description:

　　Currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to add to a medical device company. Some roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

　　Identifying and implementing corrective actions to resolve manufacturing product and processes

　　Process validation IQ/OQ/PQ

　　Gage R&R

　　Design Transfer activities - taking it from R&D to design phase into manufacturing

　　Will be writing and clarifying procedures for processes to be used in manufacturing processes

　　Develop and implement continuous improvement methods, lean manufacturing

　　Skills:

　　Manufacturing engineering

　　Design for manufacturing

　　Manufacturing process

　　Process improvement

　　Process validation

　　Medical device

　　Assembly

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Previous experience working within Medical device is ideal. If you have experience working on capital equipment or larger devices that is also ideal but not required. The device they produce is a large product that they only make a few of each year so it is a longer assembly process. Any previous experience working with cross functional teams where they have exposure to working with multiple departments.
