　　We are looking for a 1st or 2nd shift Manual Spray Paint Production Associate to join our team! Our mission for this role is for the ideal candidate to contribute to boosting Replex production output, enabling us to service more customers and service them faster while continuing to provide high quality products at lower cost.

　　 Desired Outcomes:• Understand and implement appropriate methods of operating assigned machinery including but not limited to proper set up, machinery adjustments, maintenance, etc.• Progressively increase production speed while maintaining quality and reducing scrap and waste, in accordance with established production standards• Demonstrate a willingness to learn the Replex Way, work cooperatively with co-workers, and contribute to the overall success of the company• Maintain a clean and organized work space• Ensure all health and safety standards, regulations, and guidelines are followed• Other duties as assigned 

　　Competencies & Traits Sought• Dependable and able to maintain a reliable attendance record• Attention to details and accuracy• Willingness to learn and work hard• Positive attitude• Basic mechanical aptitude or the ability to learn• Ability to lift 50 lbs.• Possess problem solving skills and ability to think "outside the box"• Experience with robotic paint line plus. 

　　We offer a 5-day work week for our 1st and 2nd shift. First shift schedule 6:00 am -- 2:00 pm; Second Shift schedule 11:30 am -- 8:00 pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $15.75 per hour We offer a $1.50/hour premium for 2nd shift.
