Description:

　　Performs setup and operation of manual machines (large lathes; large mills- horizontal & vertical, grinders, and lapping machines)

　　Setup and operation of manual lathes, mills, grinders, tool grinders, drills, etc.

　　Read interpret, and work from complex engineering blueprints using micrometers, calipers, height gauge, depth gauge, bore gauges, etc. to inspect manufactured parts in order to ensure adherence to drawing tolerances

　　Skills:

　　Manual, Lathe, Blueprint, Mill, Manual machining, Manual mill, Manual lathe, drill press, machining, calipers, micrometers

　　Qualifications:

　　VTL or horizontal or vertical boring mill

　　Anywhere from 3-5 years of manual machining experience

　　Experience setting up and operating of manual machine tools in a fast paced work environment

　　Required to do assembly and mechanical tasks as well, not just machining
