　　The Role:

　　As our Managing Director of Incident Response & Global Managed Detection & Response (MDR), you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our global technical operations and technical delivery, driving innovation within the threat detection domain, and providing senior leadership for our India-based practice team members.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead and inspire a team of talented IR and MDR professionals, fostering a culture of technical expertise, collaboration, and client service excellence.

　　Lead the global MDR shared services center that is responsible for providing 24x7x365 SOC/MDR services to clients located in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

　　Work closely with the US, EMEA, and APAC IR leads to deliver exceptional service to our clients in a “follow the sun” delivery model.

　　Oversee network and endpoint monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response, ensuring swift and effective resolution of cyber incidents.

　　Develop and implement cutting-edge security strategies and solutions, leveraging advanced SIEM tools, NGAV, EDR, XDR, and firewall technologies.

　　Provide expert-level technical guidance to clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs and advising on optimal response activities.

　　Collaborate closely with client security teams, legal counsel, and Ankura leadership to ensure seamless response and communication.

　　Drive continuous improvement within the IR and MDR practice, implementing innovative technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the evolving threat landscape.

　　Represent Ankura at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.

　　Your Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

　　Minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with extensive hands-on expertise in incident response and/or MDR operations.

　　Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving results.

　　Deep technical expertise in endpoint security, network traffic analysis, SIEM, and SOC operations.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues across all levels.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.

　　A proactive mindset and a passion for staying ahead of evolving cyber threats.
