　　Job Description:

　　Work alongside other A& M professionals on complex assignments that range from serving public and private equity owned clients in consumer facing industries with holistic cross-functional transformations, functional performance improvement, interim management, and M& A assistance with a clear focus on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA expansion and drive shareholder/company value. Perform a thorough fact-based analysis, assess state of operations, identify key risks to investments and quantify potential improvement plans. Understand key operational performance drivers of a business and extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data. Identify performance gaps and potential improvement opportunities, assess carve-out issues and associated one-time and recurring costs, and identify risks and/or synergies. Apply analytical expertise to develop findings and make strategic recommendations and work with clients to implement strategic and operational recommendations. Domestic travel required 20-50% of time.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or an Engineering field. Must have experience or academic training with the following: synthesizing complex analysis, identifying implications, and making strategic recommendations; building and driving the case for change on work streams or projects; developing tools, methodologies, and approaches for business plans; advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI; and supply chain and logistics functions for consumer goods or retail businesses.
