THE POSITION

　　Provide technical expertise for enhancing Boehringer Ingelheim brand equity among external stakeholders and for the scientific training of internal stakeholders especially the sales FF team.

　　Tasks & responsibilities:

　　Responsible for providing technical inputs for existing portfolio and new launches to marketing for development of brand campaigns - review the created content as a part of the MLR process.

　　To acquire and provide relevant scientific knowledge of portfolio products and a) disseminate the same through structure scientific engagements with external stakeholders b) provide technical trainings to the internal stakeholders for knowledge up gradation.

　　Build rapport with key external stakeholders and organizations of interest for the purpose of influencing strategic portfolio choices - create KOL/KA engagement road map, create relevant content, and execute the same along with commercial/marketing team.

　　Provide internal (sales reps and other team members) and external (mainly vets) customers with (technical) support in order to improve their business and to maximize collaboration opportunities with us within the legal framework.

　　Assist in the design, development and execution of clinical trials wherever necessary in collaboration with the regulatory team - leverage clinical trial data for scientific campaigns.

　　Assist regulatory pharmacovigilance for addressing adverse events.

　　Create assets for scientific campaigns and roll out the same; also create technical road map for scientific engagement with external stakeholders(KOLs, key accounts, public/private organizations).

　　Create training road map for internal FF team and execute the same.

　　Identify opportunities for new product launches, provide scientific rationale for need-gap and inputs for financial projections.

　　Possible Functional lead / Participation in international technical teams.

　　Requirements:

　　University (Bachelor)degree, MBA Preferred

　　Minimum 7 years experience in the animal health industry

　　Well developed communication skills – verbal and written

　　Proven experience in leading impactful scientific campaigns across organizations
