  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Sustainability & Reporting to join our KPMG Foundation organization.

  Responsibilities:Execute on projects, tasks, and deliverables that seek to shape, advance, and the firm's sustainability and impact strategy to drive forward the firm's prioritiesSupport the development of our firm's sustainability strategy, including the development of impact goals and targets for our impact planDevelop action plans tied to our impact goals and our business strategy and serve as key contact and lead to develop as a trusted advisor; this work would ensure close collaboration with a cross functional team, including Communications, Finance & Accounting and other internal stakeholders that contribute to our impact planCollaborate and execute on the firm's sustainability strategy, including the development of materials for multiple channels and both internal and external audiences; look for opportunities to think differently, expand scope or accelerate awarenessApply rigorous attention to research and metrics, incorporating insights and learnings into sustainability strategies to drive successful outcomesDevelop and maintain collaborative relationships, proactively support other team members and projects; coordinate efforts with wider team to ensure consistency; work closely with a cross functional team, including communication team members to ensure consistencyQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in an ESG/Sustainability position; preferably within a professional services firmBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityKnowledge of sustainability and ESG trends & reporting bringing external trends and case studies into our organizationProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook; experienced with use of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube)Demonstrated planning, organizational, time management skills and project management skills are a must; deep experience with sustainability and reporting requiredAbility to work under pressure and targeted deadlines, among regularly occurring projects and shifting tasks; strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the capability to work without direction/minimal guidance and to pursue tasks through to completion with energy, initiative and enthusiasm

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
