ProcurementManager - Supplier Enablement TeamWho You'll Work WithYou will lead the Supplier Enablement team within Optimize, the McKinsey &Company function that delivers distinctive, positive and productiveexperiences through various services ranging from travel, events, realestate, sourcing, technology and purchasing for McKinsey & Companyemployees woWhat You'll DoYou will be based in our Lisbon office as the Manager of the Optimize SupplierEnablement team, the operational team that manages the end-to-end Supplieronboarding process for McKinsey & Company. You will build rapport withstakeholders, serving as interface, thought partner and customer serviceexpert. You will work with and influence the Supplier Risk team to ensureeffective risk management, timely risk escalations and training. You willwork on improvement of operational efficiency and look for continuousimprovement of operational practices while building and maintaining SOPs andtraining documents. Central to your role will be embodying a customer servicemindset and developing processes and methods to enhance knowledge and skillsof the Supplier Enablement team. You will also be expected to communicate thepriorities within Supplier Enablement team across regions. Importantly, youwill lead initiatives by creating various new support processes, guidelinesand protocols for area of responsibility; ensure project/support streamsuccess. You will guide junior people leaders to develop and evaluate theirprogress, provide direction and functional guidance to team members andoversee daily operational tasks to adhere KPI's, SLA, new project andprocess additions to ensure high customer satisfactions level. You willcollaborate with internal teams (Global Finance & Accounting, McKinseyoffices leaders) to maintain operational excellence and implement businessprocQualifications

　　University degree and excellent academic record required; advanced degreepreferredDemonstrable record of impact, with 5+ years of professional experience,including 3 years of Vendor management office experience or Procurementoperations in a professional services firm, global corporate or BPO firmExperience or previous exposure working with BPO/Outsourcing engagementIn-depth knowledge of applied due diligence to all procurement phases fromrequirements gathering to supplier relationship management and service exit,preferably in indirect procurementSuperior communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability topresent to a global audience on a regular basis, build and maintain highlyeffective and collaborative relationshipsExperience in deploying technology solutions, creating new processes, anddriving change across organizations to adhere to/adopt those processesComfortable with ambiguity in a work-setting, knowing how to address andmanage unpredictable outcomesExperience managing a global/virtual team across time zones
