FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1Job Summary:This Manager has operational responsibility for all aspectsof the assigned Clinics and related diagnostic and treatment areas.Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Clinics byproviding leadership to ensure delivery of patient centered services incollaboration with the physician group and hospital leadership team andin accordance with the hospital\'s objectives, policies and procedures.Serves as the operational leader with the Medical College of WisconsinDepartment(s) Medical Leader(s) and Administrator(s). Develops andimplements internal and external strategies for service line managementin collaboration with the service line and physician leaders.Responsible for the day-to-day management of site or department-basedclinic operations and providing team leadership to the clinic staff.Monitors patient and clinic workflow to ensure efficient patient careand cost-effective operation of the clinic. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: 3-5 years of health care experience is required.2 years prior hospital ambulatory leadership and clinical experience ispreferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'s degree in health-relatedfield or business is required. Master\'s of Business Administration,Master\'s of Health Administration, or Master\'s of Science in Nursingis preferred.
