Responsibilities Manages the analysis of service data to support the Department’s annual operating budget; oversees reporting and analysis, and monthly executive dashboard reporting; ensures compliance with Department’s guardrails and measures results against goals and objectives. Qualifications **This position can be remote KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Manages, hires, trains, evaluates and motivates the Service Analytics team. Oversees all service-related analysis reports and dashboards used by the department’s field and support teams. Oversees the preparation of all reports including, but not limited to cost performance for Corporate and Operating Management, division level and same store reporting, IHM performance reporting, key metric and dashboard reporting, and service optimization insights. Designs, develops and issues reports to identify meaningful trends in service performance; makes recommendations accordingly regarding operational issues and/or areas to improve subsequent forecasts and trends. Support the development of the OSG&A budget, establish direction, and set priorities for execution, based upon Department’s guidelines and strategy. Continuously models and optimizes IHM OSG&A service coverage for entire US and Canada. Develops presentations to communicate business results at meetings and conferences. Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management.
